Why This Matters

The AGM is a time families have a direct say in the direction of this club. Topics on the table affect every family:

• Who is leading the club and how they got there
• The quality and upkeep of our facilities
• Growth and quality of soccer programs across the club
• Financial decisions that directly impact what you pay

Without strong member turnout, these decisions get made for you.

A Note from Coach Kenny

For over 10 years, I've had the privilege of working with players and families in this soccer community. If your family has been part of that journey, you know how much I care about doing things the right way, for every player, in every program at our park.

But when board leadership made major changes last summer without notifying PBFC Rush leadership, or you, the members, it fractured relationships and raised serious concerns about the future of the club. The people who built this program are being sidelined by individuals who don't share that same commitment to your players. I wrote an Open Letter to the board addressing these concerns. You can find that letter here.

I share this not to create division, but because this community and its families deserve to know what's happening and deserve a voice in where we go next. PBFC Rush is moving in a fantastic direction. Unfortunately, a few unelected board members are not and some are actively blocking opportunities for your children, even while their own kids continue to benefit from them.

For Transparency, Here are the goals I'm after and need your help with:
1) Elect a board that answers to you. Right now, board members are appointed, not voted in by the families they serve. That needs to change.
2) Rebuild our rec soccer program. The foundation of this club has been in steady decline. We need to work together to raise the standard.
3) Fix our fields and improve our facility. If you've been at the park recently, you've seen it.
4) Grow community events and programs that strengthen our soccer club. Camps, clinics, tournaments, and events that bring families together.

Meeting Format For Those Attending

The meeting will begin with standard reports and updates, followed by an Open Forum, your chance to ask questions and share feedback directly. PBFC has always been built on the strength of its families, volunteers, staff, and players. This AGM is your chance to protect that. Don't assume someone else will speak for you.
