Dear PBFC Rush Families,

Over the last 10+ years, many of you have trusted me with your players, your families, and your time. That’s never been something I’ve taken lightly.

If you’ve appreciated anything we’ve built together whether it’s your child’s experience, the environment, or the opportunities created. I’m asking you to take one important step right now: become a voting member and attend the AGM on May 16th.

THE WHY: Over the past year, it's become clear to me that the PBFC Board is moving in the wrong direction and change is needed. I've seen it firsthand: governance concerns, declining field conditions, and dropping rec participation. I've tried to help where I can, I even sent an open letter that you can read Here, but progress requires more than one person. It requires membership.

The AGM on May 16th is your opportunity to have a real voice. This meeting didn't happen by chance, it took months of work by board members who believe in doing things right to force this to happen. The open forum at the end is where accountability starts.

I have a plan to move things forward, but I need your input to finalize it.
